Dlala Holding announces the results of its Board of Directors’ (BOD) meeting held on 21/01/2013, and passed the following resolutions:

Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Rashid Ahmed Al Mannai as chairman and member of board of Dlala Holding.

Electing Dr. Mohamed Nasser Al Qahtani as Chairman.

Electing Mr. Nasser Hamad Al Saulaiti as Vice Chairman.

Call for electing board member for the empty seat to complete the term of the current board member in the next Annual General Meeting.
