Dlala Brokerage & Investment Holding announced that its Board of Directors will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 to discuss and approve the financial statements ending December 31, 2009.
The company also announced that it will convene its ordinary General Assembly Meeting on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at 6:00PM at the Diplomatic Club.
In case the required quorum is not maintained, an alternate meeting to be scheduled on Sunday 07/03/2010 at the same time and place.
