  1. BOD approved spilling off the IT department in the company and establishing an IT company owned totally to Dlala Holding, and authorized executive management to take the necessary steps.
  2. BOD approved establishing a new real estate company owned totally to Dlala Holding, and authorized executive management to take the necessary steps.
