Dlala Holding Board of Directors had met on 15/07/2008 at 7pm and took the following decisions:

  1. BOD approved spilling off the IT department in the company and establishing an IT company owned totally to Dlala Holding, and authorized executive management to take the necessary steps.
  2. BOD approved establishing a new real estate company owned totally to Dlala Holding, and authorized executive management to take the necessary steps.
