The attendance ratio of the meeting which was to be held yesterday, Sunday at the Diplomatic Club was 26.8 %, whereas the legal quorum is 50%.

His Excellency Mr. Hamad bin Abdulla Al-Attya, the chairman, announced the lack of quorum, stating that in accordance with the laws, the meeting will be held on April 13, 2008.
